 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR OVERNIGHT TOURS:

Deposit of $100.00 is due with reservation. Deposit is refundable up until final balance due date. In order to assure a full refund in case of an emergency, we suggest purchasing Travel Protection for all tours.

(Note: prices for Travel Protection are based on cost of tour). NO REFUNDS will not be given within 60 days of trip departure.

Seat Belt Policy:

Governor Kathy Hochul signed a fill into law October 2024 requiring every passenger traveling abroad a motor coach to wear a seatbelt in NYS. this is going to be enforced with fines beginning April 2025 for your safety and in compliance with the law, all passengers must wear seat belts while riding on our motor coaches. Liability rests with the traveler, or parent/guardians. If a minor. Please remember, this law is in place for everyone’s safety. Buckling up is not just recommended — it is the law. We appreciated your cooperation in following these guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable trip for everyone.

Smoking & Vaping Policy:

Smoking, vaping, and the use of any smoking devices are strictly prohibited within 50ft of the motorcoach. Charging vape devices is not permitted. Thank you, in advance, for your compliance.
