Can Am Attendees Friday night Buffett.

Friday night we have a special arrangement with the hotel to offer a Buffalo Roast Beef buffet for just Can Am attendees. The Buffet setup will allow attendees to get a quick bite to eat between classes and the evening program without leaving the Hotel or trying to get waited on in the hotel restaurant.

The menu is:

Buffalo Roast Beef on Weck Station

• Slow roasted top round of beef carved by uniformed Chefs

• Traditional complements of locally prepared horseradish and beef jus

• Served on a locally baked Kimmelweck roll

• Accompanied by potato and pasta salads, house fried potato chips, and pickle spears.

• Dinner includes desserts with a variety of house made cookies, Brownies, Mousses, and puddings.

• Canned soda station, Coffee and decaf.

The cost is $25.00 which includes Tax & Tip. Payment will be collected at the buffet by the Hotel.

Cash Bar will be available outside the dining area.
